Return an Item?

Prints are considered final sale once purchased - however there is a 30-Day return policy under the following circumstances:

  • Damage from Shipping
  • Incorrect Print Size Received

Damage from Shipping

In the event you receive the print and there is physical damage, please take a picture of the damaged location. Include the Order # and supplied tracking information so we can follow up with Canada Post. In good faith, we will cross-ship a replacement print once a tracking ID is received for the return of damaged goods.

Incorrect Print Size Received

In the event you receive the print and it's an incorrect size (conflicts with the order), Gayle's Drawing Room will cross-ship a replacement and cover the full costs of the return. Due to the unlikelihood of this issue happening, these steps would be discussed in greater detail directly with the paying customer.

In both situations, you will be required to reach out to Gayle's Drawing Room via email: gaylesdrawingroom@gmail.com stating in the subject line:

[Name - Return Request - OrderID - Tracking ID]

  • Summary of issue (be sure to include as much information as possible)
